Description Syracuse, First Democracy, AR Tetradrachm, by EY and Euainetos, wt. 267 grs., Female head to left, wearing earring and necklace, hair rolled up all round the head, behind the head EV, four dolphins around; R Fast quadriga driven by female charioteer to right, the rein of the farthest horse broken and trailing upon the ground; Nike flying to left and about to crown the charioteer; traces of signature EVA1NETO on the exergual line; in exergue chariot wheel lying on the ground (cf. B.M. Cat. 151), very fine and very rare
