NOTES
The Jacob Hirsch sales are a delight and almost all are important. This one is no exception. Of the 37 Plates, 13 are devoted to Greek coins, and the balance to Roman (almost all Imperial). Spring 383. Clain-Stefanelli 1969.

CONDITION
The catalog still has the original card covers, but these are not in good condition. The spine is heavily faded, bears the title in ink, and has been taped a number of times over many years. The final plate XXXVII, is present, but has detached from the spine. All plates and text are complete, though the plate tissue guards are missing. The same catalog in rather better condition - but still with card covers - sold very recently for $375+15% at auction.
