Description Circa 455-409 BC. AR Tetradrachm (27mm, 17.10 g, 10h). Artemis, holding reins, driving quadriga left; beside her, Apollo standing left, drawing bow / Selinos standing left, holding branch and phiale over altar to left; before altar, cock standing left; to right, selinon leaf above bull standing left on basis. Schwabacher 15g (Q4/S15 – this coin); SNG ANS –; BMC 29 (same dies). Near VF, toned, graffito (X) below horses, a few light scratches under tone. From the Robert and Julius Diez Collection. Ex Gustav Philipsen Collection (Part I, J. Hirsch XV, 28 May 1906), lot **1116; Vitalini (9 March 1891), lot 1132.
