Description Pyrrhos. 278-276 BC. Æ (24mm, 10.24 g, 2h). Head of Herakles left, wearing lion-skin; club to right / Athena Promachos advancing right, holding thunderbolt and shield; wreath to left. BAR Issue 52; CNS 177 Ds 69 Rs 42; SNG ANS 848 var. (no wreath). Good VF, dark green-brown patina, a few spots of encrustation. From the Robert and Julius Diez Collection. Ex Gustav Philipsen Collection (Part I, J. Hirsch XV, 28 May 1906), lot 1257.
